We launched a competitive audit, worked closely with a core team, and included all employees as well as customers in our findings and research. Our final strategy is designed to resonate with both customers and employees, and highlights Associated’s unique way of caring for customers. We brought the story to life with a new identity, website, marketing collateral, and positioning work that supported the launch of a new full-service snack program. With key elements in place, we developed a communications strategy that overhauled all sales material into an effective and easy to use marketing program.
