The North Face catalog was designed to break through the holiday mail deluge and encourage gift buyers and individual buyers alike.
The North Face came to us to increase engagement with both their customers and their dealers. These are two very different audiences that have something important in common: the need to understand product pairing and use. For consumers we designed and developed a dynamic 60-page catalog. It featured adventure stories from sponsored athletes, plus arresting product collections that showed how to pair individual items into systems for sport. Our beautiful catalog was designed to break through the holiday mail deluge and encourage gift buyers and individual buyers alike. To ensure consumer attention at retail, we developed packaging that supported the overarching brand and told a clear use story. For dealers, we developed workbooks with a visual strategy that engaged the buyer beyond SKU numbers; their design showcased technology stories and recommended collections by activity.
